It comes naturally to just keep pushing the limits of the clay and the form – changing, rearranging, making it huge, then tiny and getting lost in it, until the original idea is barely visible, something new emerges, with its roots in ‘teapot.’ Some might say getting lost is not creative, but I think getting lost (in the process) is what it’s all about.
